Central to the reconversion of this kitchen - within the context of a barn-style architecture - was to bring calmness and balance. A strongly defined composition was introduced, but at the same time the sharp edges were literally softened. The step in the ceiling got a gentle curve, refined natural stone and patinated materials were introduced.
